At Annie, we want you to love your beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all products that are unused or gently tested. If a formula isn't the right fit for your skin, our simple return process ensures a stress-free resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the beauty items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned products, we will process your refund back to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
